This program recognizes and builds on Anishinaabe men's teachings, their role and responsibility of the fire, ceremony and teachings to support a healthy family environment.

Reclaiming and restoring the cultural teachings, language, spiritual practices and

ceremonies, indigenous ways of living - giving the people a strong sense of

identity and belonging - is a way back to wellness, strength, and wholeness, for

families and for communities.
