Executive Director

The Executive Director is the Board of Director's link to the Agency achievement and conduct, all authority and accountability of staff, is considered the authority and accountability of the Executive Director.

The Executive Director is authorized to establish all further operational polices or procedures, make all decisions, take all actions, established practices and develop all activities.

The Board of Directors are governed by Governance Policies and direct the Executive Director through Agency Results and compliance with Executive Director Limitations.

The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and provides reports as required to Chief and Council.
